There exist many wonderful methods to develop mental faculties of children of different age groups. But the majority of them are oriented at enhancing of one aspect of human’s mind. As a result a pupil does not use his potential abilities to the full.
Another reason of the difficulties children face today is passive information comprehension – they are used to receiving information from TV or computer. Active memorizing technique encourages total concentration and prompt reaction to the written sources.

Systematic lessons and following all recommendation on this program guarantee faster tempo of reading and enhancing of:

 - Pictorial and graphic memory;
 - Visual and auditory memory;
 - The speed of visual comprehension;
 - Speech apparatus;
 - Finger minor muscles;
 - Speech centers of the brain;
 - Attention;
 - Arithmetic-practical thinking;
  - Flexibility of thinking;
  - Orbital muscles strengthening, weak eye sight stabilization;
  - Thinking processes speeding up.

The complex of all these aspects is sure to provide painless entering educational process for children from their first days at school. They will easily cope with inevitable stress situations that arise when a pupil has difficulties in mastering educational material. If unprepared the memory fails to keep in store the abyss of new information on different subjects, the brain lacks flexibility in switching over from one type of thinking activity to another. The speed of visual comprehension is slow, retarded visual memory compels numerous repetitions from a child to memorize and keep in mind a poem, a rule, a formula. If a pupil tends to be not quite assiduous and attentive, it doesn’t stimulate long-term and fruitful work during the lesson and doing homework. If the speech apparatus is not quite developed a child fails to conform to the requirements of “Approximate speed characteristics of learning and cognition processes”. The skills and abilities on subjects will be formed faster after the given training while the knowledge will be long lasting. 
Modern pedagogics devotes not enough consideration for the education of effective ways information. The functions of memory and consideration are training even in the processes of digestion and keeping the knowledge.
The Education Department made a decision to initiate the law bills, with the main aim – to cut down the education standards. Enactment of these law bills – is a strict necessity: the great majority of pupils have the “diagnose” of low learning skills” yearly; but the problem is – the child doesn’t ready for the increase level of information, that’s why he is not able to work in the teacher’s temp of learning.
And the problem is not in child’s skill because of his mental abilities, and the reason is – he wasn’t learned to think, his brains are not ready to work with such volume of information that is necessary to learn.
The object of Speed – reading – is scientific, special literature, newspaper and magazines. The main aim of working with this literature– is new knowledge. The pupil must choose according to the aim of reading the way of reading: advanced, reviewing and scanning.
The Speed – reading doesn’t destine for the fiction. The rate of reading mustn’t be over 350 - 400 words, because the emotional sphere is created in these works.
The school gives knowledge, form the skills and abilities; and the additional education that child takes from this training will allow him to learn successfully in the future, and make his work interesting.
Teaching the children, I was convinced how they change their attitude to the process of learning, and their thinking too.
Learning and development the children – are the only failsafe investment!   


The continuance of the course: 1st step – 8 months;
The regime of classes – 3 times a week, 2 x 30 minutes;

2nd step – 8 months;
The regime of the classes – 3 times a week, 2 x 45 minutes.
